Economy

Thanks to its compact and advanced construction, the Economy is highly reliable and economical in use. Next to crates, buckets, dishes etc, loose tools may be cleaned in a RVS wire basket as well.

The machine can be equipped with automatic dose-measuring systems for detergents and/or disinfectants. These may be connected to the main washing tank or to the rinsing pipe.

Should the Economy be furnished with a frequency controller (optional) the carrying velocity can be adjusted variably. Depending on the degree of contamination, it would be possible to select the optimal velocity at all times.

Part of the Economy's standard equipment is the optional electrical heating or steam injector in the main washing tank.

Mistral

The compact and advanced construction make the Mistral extremely reliable and economic in use. Apart from crates, buckets, dishes etc., individual tools can be cleaned in a stainless steel wire basket.

The machine can be provided with an automatic metering system for washing agents and/or disinfectants. These can be connected to the main washing tank or to the rinse water pipework.

When the Mistral is provided with a frequency converter (option), the transport speed can be infinitely variable. Depending on the extent of contamination, an optimum speed can always be selected.

The standard equipment of the Mistral can include either electrical heating or steam injection in the main washing tank.

UNW-2000

Washing system
The machine is composed of a main wash cycle section and a separated rinsing section. The main wash cycle takes place by means of circulating water that is kept at the desired temperature internally. This water is continuously filtered through an ingenious filtering system. The rinsing takes place in a separate zone with clean water. This water is furthermore recycled in order to refresh the contents of the main wash tank continuously. In this way a maximum washing result is achieved through a minimum use of water, energy and chemicals.

Sprinkler system
Synthetic clip sprinklers were used on behalf of the sprinkler system. These can easily be detached from the sprinkler pipes without tools. The crates are cleaned on all sides with emphasis on the inside; there, the pivoting sprinkler pipes ensure thorough cleaning. The velocity of the pivoting movement is linked to that of the transport system.

Transport system
Two stainless steel chains ensure maintenance-free transport by the machine. These chains have been fitted with carriers. In this way a fixed distance between the crates is guaranteed, so that the moving sprinklers can do their work both at the front as at the back. The carrying velocity can be adjusted continuously by means of a frequency control, so that an effective speed can be selected for each contamination.

PAL-2500

The PAL -2500 is a universal and compact machine, suitable for heavy industrial applications. Yet the machine is also highly effective for the less heavy applications at small-scale consumers. As a standalone unit, it is used with great success in all branches of the food industry, but in other industries as well. It can be used for all pallet sizes without the need of adjustments. The PAL-2500 can be extended with a blowing section, as required. No effort has been spared to make the machine user-friendly and easy to operate. An easy-to-view control panel presents all the important functions at operating height. Wide inspection hatches in the tunnel provide easy access to the machine. For cleaning and maintenance the entire motor compartment can be opened.

Of course the PAL-2500 is in compliance with all the current standards. The machine is made completely of stainless steel and is attractively and tautly styled, a plus in terms of hygiene.

An ergonomic advantage is the low infeed height of the machine: with only 300 mm it is easy to load and unload the pallets.

Washing system
The machine consists of a main washing section and a separate after-rinsing section. The main wash cycle is carried out with circulation water that is internally kept to the right temperature. The water is continuously filtered by a cunningly designed filter system, subsequent rinsing is done with fresh water in a separate zone. What's more, this water is reused to effect a non-stop renewal of the contents of the washing tank. This procedure combines a maximum washing action with a minimal consumption of water, energy and chemicals.

Spraying system
The spraying system uses "clip-on" nozzles, made of glass reinforced polypropylene that withstands high temperatures and resists corrosion, even at high pressures and high temperatures. They can be taken off the spray pipes quite easy , without the need of tools. The nozzles are on all sides of the pallet and together with the powerfull stainless steel pump this results in a thoroughly cleaning result.

Transport system
A stainless steel chain with catches ensures maintenance-free transport through the machine. In the standard configuration the machine has a fixed speed. Optional the speed of transport can be infinitely variable by means of a frequency controller, so that the most effective speed can be selected for each degree of pollution.
