Table-model puff-pastry sheeter suitable to obtain puff-pastry of constant thickness through the adjustment of the rollers. Particularly suitable for small bakeries as the machine can be placed on top of a working table.

Gradual adjustment of the rollers by means of a lever with a graduated sector. Belt dimensions 500X750-1000 mm or 600X1000-1400-1600 mm. Reverse movement controlled by a pedal and belts with differentiated speed. The benches can be raised or lowered so as to reduce obstruction to a minimum. The flour-holder is made of plastic material. It is mounted on castors. It has a grill safety guard. On request belts of different sizes.

Semi-automatic puff-pastry sheeter with PLC able to set a sheeting program with belts control by means of a lever and of a motorised lowering of the rollers set by a P.L.C. with curves of rollers lowering speed. 35 different programs can be stored by setting standing starts, stops, increase and decrease of the sizing rollers according to their requirements.
