ROLL PLANT

Automatic divider-rounder ATHENA

Divider rounder Heavy duty, high output divider rounder with 5 or 6 rows, suitable for dividing and rounding dough, which undergoes further processing to obtain round, moulded, pita, pizza bread, hamburger buns and finger rolls. The machine is suitable for working soft and semi-hard dough and has a teflon-coated s/steel hopper of approx. 35 kg capacity. The dough is handled gently thanks to a star wheel dosing system and adjustment of the pressure in the portioning chambers. All this avoids stress to the dough due to the mechanical action of the machine, producing the required weight of dough. After the weight is determined the piece of dough is discharged and enters the rounding drum, which is easily interchanged according to the required weight. Electronic adjustment of the rounding speed is also possible during work. The suitably rounded pieces of dough are placed on the spreading belts for pick-up or for being placed on the furher moulders. Production is electronically variable from 1000 to 2000 pcs/hour per row, with a weight range from 30 to 125 grams. The Athena is also available with touch-screen control panel, with 50 storable programs, that controls and stores all the machine functions, from adjustment of sizes to rounding and production speed, with diagnostics for possible operational problems.

Automatic plant for the production of finger rolls, hamburger, Kaiser, rosetta, spaccatina, hot-dogs, cut bread and buns. Consisting of: divider-rounder mod. Mercury; pre-rising prover with stamping machine for kaiser, rosetta, spaccatina and lateral outfeed belt for buns; moulding and flattening belts for finger rolls and hamburger; moisturising system on the surface of the product in order to grant a perfect seeds deposit; automatic deposit of different kinds of seeds on the upper part of the product; three cutting system on the surface of the product at 180°, 90° and 45°; automatic tray loading system of the product on trays.

Rolls Line for Rolled finger rolls, Hot dogs, Hamburger, with auto index tray loading tray

This line consists of a moulding system of the finger roll with moulder at opposite belts to give to the product a strong rolling. It is composed by divider-rounder Mercury, intermediative prover, moulder and "step by step" tray loading, with the trays insertion by trolley and manual collection of same. It can be completed by automatic systems as shown in the line description on page 12-13.

Compact line Multiproduct

Automatic COMPACT plant for small bread, for the production of finger rolls, Kaiser rolls, rosetta rolls, cutted rolls, turtles (or personalized moulds) round bread, cutted rosen rolls. A great flexibility marks this plant out and it guarantees big productions and a large range of products in a particulary reduced place. The line is equipped with divider rounder at five o six rows, pre-rising prover complete with long-loaf moulding device, four positions stamping machine, cutting device, rosen production system, by pass, in order to avoid all the moulding stations, automatic tray loading by means of retractil belt.

Hamburger buns, Finger rolls, Hot dogs rolls line

This plant is particularly suitable for the production of hamburgers, hot-dogs, finger rolls and buns for weight that ranges from 25 to 120 g. of dough. The plant can work at six, five, four, three and two rows by using the same divider-rounder mod. Mercury. The max. output per row is of 2000 pieces. The plant is composed of: automatic divider-rounder mod. Mercury; table for pressing and moulding by means of moulding chains equipped with pulverizers; moulding-lengthening table; rotating belt for moulding; automatic tray loading device step by step system. This plant can be supplied with: automatic unit for the loading of trays into the rack of the rotating oven and devices upon customer request.

Two pockets rolls line

Automatic line ad two pockets for the production of Hamburger, Hot-Dogs, Finger Rolls and stamping bread with different shape (Rosetta, Spaccatina, kaiser). The line is complete with a pre-proover with 180 trays totally (utilise 160). The resting time is 775 minutes at 2500 pieces per hour. The weight range is from 30 to 110 grams (the stamping bread is only 70 to 100 Grs.)

Mini line for hamburger, buns and finger rolls

Automatic line at two rows composed by: PRIMA-E at two rows for the production of round bread. It is equipped with a stainless steel hopper for a capacity of 14 kg of dough. The dough, gently handled thanks to a dosing star system, is compressed in the portion chambers, which appropriately adjusted give the required weight. Thanks to 2 chambers easily selectable, the machine can divide from 30 gr to 125 gr approx. of dough. Once the weight is fixed the dough piece is discharge and enters the rounding station where the rounding happens in two phases. The pieces, properly rounded, exit on a conveyor belt. The machine is supplied with a rounding chamber which can be chosen among the following: from 30 to 60 grs approx. from 40 to 90 grs approx. from 50 to 125 grs. approx. With electric adjustment of the weigth and rounding speed. Variable production from 2.000 to 4000 pieces / hour. Touch screen control panel able to set 50 programs and operative handling with P.L.C. system.Painted steel support plane.

GT 3000-E, a pre-rising prover with stamping machine, an outfeed belt for rolls and long loaves, an automatic tray loading system and a robot for the automatic positioning of trays into the rack of the rotating oven.

Ciabatta line

Automatic divider at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 rows, suitable for soft dough like "CIABATTA" and "FRENCH BREAD" for weight range from 25 gr to 2000 gr and over. Automatic feeding with conveyor belt mm 240 useful width. Adjustable sheeting thickness from 6 to 18 mm about. Longitudinal cutting system by interchangeable knives and transversal cutting guillotine device. Universal spreading device, with adjustable width by handwheel. Speed variator. Completely stainless steel machine mounted on castors. "Touch screen" control panel with the possibility to store 50 programs and operating control by PLC. The machine is able to be coupled to any plants and discharging systems. AUTOMATIC RACK LOADING DEVICE for trays 600x800 mm. Equipped with a trays transfer system on ROTOR rack from 15 to 20 decks. Automatic loader with a capacity of 15/18 1 trays. Loading system by means of a moving belt.
